The leaner the beef I find the chewier it is – I have never found a really lean turkey. What would the WW points be using 93% ground turkey instead of ground beef? My husband said it was the best soup he’s ever had – Wow…big compliment Gina!! If you like it thick like the photos you will have a lot of extra liquid.
